The Squids 3156 Coiled Tool Lanyard with Carabiner securely tethers hand tools, hard hats and other small gear to prevent them from becoming dangerous dropped object hazards while working at heights. The low-profile coiled design helps reduce the potential for snag and tangle hazards; and thanks to its manual locking screw gate aluminum carabiner on one end and a flexible tethering loop on the other, this versatile system provides a variety of options for getting a secure connection to anchor points, a tool's captive hole eyelets, retrofitted tool-attachment points and hard-hat accessory slots. Tested to be trusted and built to withstand harsh conditions, this lanyard is third-party certified to a maximum working capacity of 2 lb with a 2:1 safety factor.
