Choose from thousands of products eligible for auto-delivery. On the product detail page, just click on the radio button indicating your request to opt-in to the auto-delivery program, then select the quantity and frequency of delivery that you desire. Then, checkout as you normally would to place your first order. In the future, the selected ReStocker Auto-Delivery item will ship automatically as you specified, and you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for future orders.
Certain items are not eligible for ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscriptions. This includes clearance items and select specialty priced items.
Yes! You can order items with ReStocker Auto-Delivery, as well as one-time purchases, all at the same time for your convenience.
We offer a discount on every order, even the first order, on items you order with ReStocker Auto-Delivery. Other ReStockIt.com coupons, discount and promotion codes will only apply to non-ReStocker Auto-Delivery items.
Of course! To access your ReStocker Auto-Delivery orders, click on any link in a ReStocker Auto-Delivery email you have received, or click on ReStocker Auto-Delivery from the My Account dropdown at the top of our website. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-800-680-0859 to make updates. You may modify or cancel any element of your subscription including your frequency, quantity, or shipping schedule.
When you checkout on ReStockIt.com and you have a ReStocker Auto-Delivery item in your order, you will be required to pay with a credit card.
Your first shipment of each ReStocker Auto-Delivery order you place will be processed when you sign up. Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the Reorder Date listed in the ReStocker dashboard. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will be placed on the next business day. You can cancel any order up to 1 business day before the order date. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the item less the ReStocker Auto-Delivery 5% discount, plus shipping and tax where applicable. In some cases a volume discount may also apply to your ReStocker price. This is on a product by product basis and may change at any time.
In the unlikely event that a ReStocker Auto-Delivery item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day for the next 15 days. If the item does not become available during that period, we will notify you and attempt to place the order for the next 15 days. If the order is still not in stock we will attempt to send the next shipment on the next scheduled date. A Customer Service representative may contact you during this period to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item.
If a ReStocker Auto-Delivery item is no longer available, we will notify you and automatically suspend your subscription for that item. No additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed.
Policy Overview
Our auto-delivery program is designed to provide customers with convenience and
savings. However, to maintain the integrity of this program, we reserve the
right to refuse orders if a customer is found to be abusing sign-up discounts.
Definition of Abuse
Abuse of sign-up discounts includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly take advantage of introductory offers.
- Canceling and re-signing up for the program solely to receive promotional discounts.
- Any other actions that undermine the purpose of the discount program.
Conditions for Refusal
We may refuse to process an order under the following circumstances:
- A customer has previously canceled their subscription to re-enroll for a discount.
- Evidence of multiple accounts under the same name, address or payment information.
- Any pattern of behavior that suggests an attempt to exploit promotional offers.
Notification Process
If we determine that an order will be refused due to suspected abuse, we will:
- Notify the customer via email explaining the reason for the refusal.
- Provide an opportunity for the customer to discuss the issue with our customer service team.
Right to Modify Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes through our website or direct communication.

Changes to the Initial Order Discount will be clearly reflected on the product page, at time of sign-up. Customers will be notified of any changes to their recurring order discount amount via email or through our website prior to the next scheduled order. We encourage customers to check their account for the most up-to-date information regarding discounts.
