What is ReStockIt Rewards?

ReStockIt Rewards is the ReStockIt Customer Loyalty Program. ReStockIt Rewards allows you to earn points with every eligible purchase (Custom quoted items are excluded). The points can be redeemed for cost saving dollar off promotions, and selected merchandise offers.

Who is eligible to join?

All ReStockIt.com customers may enroll in ReStockIt Rewards.

What does it cost?

Enrollment is free.

How do I enroll?

To enroll, visit our Rewards Page and click on the "Enroll Now" button. You will also have an opportunity to enroll during the checkout process.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point per dollar on your product total (shipping and taxes, excluded) on every eligible purchase and you have the opportunity to earn more points on special offers.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No, the more your spend, the more your earn.

Do my points expire?

Your ReStockIt Rewards Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem points for a variety promotional discounts and selected merchandise offers.

How can I view my points balance?

To view your balance and program activity, login to the member application found here: Activity and click on the "Activity" tab. Here you will find a detailed list of all program activity and the points you have accrued for each action.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points for rewards, login to the member application found here, and click on the "ReStockIt Rewards" tab. Here you will find a list of all program rewards. There will be a "Redeem" button below any reward that you have enough currency to claim. Click on "Redeem" and follow the detailed instructions.

Am I able to use points at checkout?

Not at this time. Your points can be redeemed for free shipping or discount coupons. Refer to the section above titled “How do I redeem my points?”

How do I earn ReStockIt Rewards VIP status?

Once ReStockIt Rewards members have earned a minimum of 5000 points in the prior calendar year they automatically become eligible for the VIP Tier, where you receive the following benefits:

Members must earn a minimum of 5000 points every calendar year to maintain VIP status. No membership fees are necessary to qualify for the VIP Tier. Just like the regular ReStockIt Rewards tier, if you have no activity with ReStockIt for 12 months, you will forfeit your ReStockIt Reward Points balance.
