Portfolio Series oil pastels have a traditional creamy texture and can be used with water for different effects. Use water-soluble oil pastels for wet or dry work. In their solid state, these bright, vivid colors dry blend into true secondary colors with the traditional creamy consistency of oil pastels. Dip in water or use a wet brush to blend colors and create exciting watercolor effects. Oil pastels come in a stick form with a wrapper to protect your fingers during use and are certified AP nontoxic. Classpack contains 12 different colors with 25 of each color.
