This 3-year agreement covers all repair expenses including troubleshooting, parts and labor.
SSP Premium is designed for business-critical application customers who require fast, high-quality support. SSP Premium includes 5 x 9 On-site service (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. coverage, Monday through Friday, 8-hour response) and 24 x 7 technical support (24-hour coverage, 7 days a week).
