10/6/2010Pros: Perfect size
Best Uses: Coffee tea, Strawberries blueberries
Bottom Line: recommended
I give my kids one packet each for their strawberries and blueberries. They love to eat fruit this way and they don't get too much sweetener.

Great substitute for sugar... you can't tell the difference. I use it cup for cup for sugar. Great to sweeten tea or anything.

10/19/2010Pros: Tastes like sugar
Cons: Better in cold drinks
Best Uses: I add it to iced tea
Bottom Line: recommended
I think Splenda is better in cold drinks than hot ones (like tea), like all artificial sweetners I have tried.

10/5/2010Pros: Dissolves quickly, Tastes just like sugar, Comes with added fiber
Cons: A little sweet
Best Uses: Hot beverages, Baking, Iced beverages
Bottom Line: recommended
While this provduct tastes the most like sugar out of all the substitutes on the market, it is still a little too sweet. We use it in all of our beverages, hot or cold, and especially love how it quickly dissolves in cold beverages. I don't recommend it straight from the packet on top of fruit, but I DO recommend it to replace 1/2 the sugar in baking and in unsweetened Jell-O.
