The SonicWALL GMS Base Service Contract program provides priority technical support for one year from the date of program registration and activation. This program features 4-hour response time. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 6: 00am - 6: 00pm Pacific Time, excluding weekends and SonicWALL holidays. Contact SonicWALL Technical Support through one of the dedicated formats: dedicated toll-free number or dedicated e-mail address. Your request will automatically be placed at the top of the queue using any of the convenient contact methods. Updated software enhancements, feature releases, bug fixes; updated user documentation.
