How ReStocker Auto-Delivery Works

Choose from thousands of products eligible for auto-delivery. On the product detail page, just click on the radio button indicating your request to opt-in to the auto-delivery program, then select the quantity and frequency of delivery that you desire. Then, checkout as you normally would to place your first order. In the future, the selected ReStocker Auto-Delivery item will ship automatically as you specified, and you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for future orders.

How do I know which products are ReStocker eligible?

You can easily identify products that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto-Delivery program. As you shop our website, you will see the following:

Can I add items to my next order with an existing subscription?

Yes, and you will also get 5% off on any item(s) added to your upcoming order! To do so:

1. Log into your ReStockIt.com account

2. Visit any product page and you will now see an ‘ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER’ button, which conveniently includes the date of your next ReStocker Auto-Delivery order. Select this button to add this item to your next order.

3. This will open a pop-up box where you will confirm adding the item to your order. If the item is subscription eligible you will also be given the option to create a subscription for this product.

4. You can click through to your My ReStocker dashboard to further manage this order.

Why can't I add some items to my ReStocker subscription?

Certain items are not eligible for ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscriptions. This includes clearance items and select specialty priced items.

CREATING A SUBSCRIPTION

How do I set up a new ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription?

  1. Select "ReStocker Auto-Delivery" on the detail page for thousands of eligible products.
  2. Select the quantity and frequency that works for you.
  3. Complete the checkout process, and you're done - you've set up your subscription.
  4. In advance of each order, we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and discount for your upcoming delivery.

Can I create a ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription and make one-time purchases in the same?

Yes! You can order items with ReStocker Auto-Delivery, as well as one-time purchases, all at the same time for your convenience.

Can I create a ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription using Guest Checkout?

If you are a first time visitor to ReStockIt.com; checkout using the Guest Checkout option. Once in Checkout, you will be asked to create an account, by creating a password. An account is needed for managing your ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription(s).

Do I get a discount if I set up a ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription?

We offer a 5% discount on every order, even the first order, on items you order with ReStocker Auto-Delivery. Other ReStockIt.com coupons, discount and promotion codes will only apply to non-ReStocker Auto-Delivery items.

Can I modify my subscription quantity, frequency or shipping schedule?

Of course! To access your ReStocker Auto-Delivery orders, click on any link in a ReStocker Auto-Delivery email you have received, or click on ReStocker Auto-Delivery from the My Account dropdown at the top of our website. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-800- 680-0859 to make updates. You may modify or cancel any element of your subscription including your frequency, quantity, or shipping schedule.

Can I cancel and/or modify my ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription(s)?

There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day.

How can I cancel my ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscription?

Your subscription and any related ReStocker Auto-Delivery discount(s) will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel all ReStocker Auto-Delivery orders or individual items at any time. To cancel your subscription:
  1. Access your ReStocker Auto-Delivery dashboard by clicking on any link in a ReStocker Auto-Delivery email you have received, or by logging in to your account and clicking on ReStocker Auto-Delivery from the My Account dropdown at the top of our website.
  2. This will bring you to the ReStocker dashboard. Next, just select the Cancel link to the right of the subscription you would like to Cancel. 
  3. From the pop-up, provide cancel reason and select the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button. Your subscription will no longer be active. However, you may always restart your subscription by scrolling down on the dashboard to Inactive Subscriptions and choosing the REACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION button.
  4. Note, you must individually cancel each subscription.

How else can I modify my delivery schedule?

From your ReStocker dashboard you have the option to Send Now which is very convenient if you find you are running out of a product. You can also Skip a Delivery, Change Order Date, or even Pause your subscription.

PAYMENTS, BILLING & SHIPPING

What payment methods are available with ReStocker Auto-Delivery subscriptions?

When you checkout on ReStockIt.com and you have a ReStocker Auto-Delivery item in your order, you will be required to pay with a credit card, or your ReStockIt Net 30 Day Payment account number. We cannot accept PayPal ReStocker Auto-Delivery orders.

When will I be billed for my ReStocker Auto Delivery subscription?

Your first shipment of each ReStocker Auto-Delivery order you place will be processed when you sign up. Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the Reorder Date listed in the ReStocker dashboard. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will be placed on the next business day. You can cancel any order up to 1 business day before the order date. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the item less the ReStocker Auto-Delivery 5% discount, plus shipping and tax where applicable. In some cases a volume discount may also apply to your ReStocker price. This is on a product by product basis and may change at any time.

How do I modify my billing information?

  1. Update your Billing Information by logging in to your account and visiting the ReStocker dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit under the Billing section for your upcoming order. You may choose to Add a New Card, Update an Existing Card or select an existing Billing Method. You can make the change for just one subscription of choose Apply to All Subscriptions box if you want the new billing information to apply to all future orders.
Note: ReStocker Auto-Delivery Billing Information is stored separately from the credit card attached to your ReStockIt account. If you need to update for non-ReStocker orders, go to My Account > Credit Card to update.

How do I modify my shipping information?

  1. Update your Shipping Information by logging in to your account and visiting the ReStocker dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit under the Shipping section for your upcoming order. You may choose to Add a New Address or select from an existing Shipping Address stored on your account. You can make the change for just one subscription of choose Apply to All Subscriptions box if you want the new shipping information to apply to all future orders.

E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Will you remind me when my next ReStocker Auto-Delivery shipment is scheduled to ship?

We will send you an email 10 days prior to your next ReStocker Auto-Delivery order shipment and another when your order ships. You are always in the know when it comes to your ReStocker Auto-Delivery orders and you can modify or cancel at any time.

Will you inform me if my order cannot be processed?

If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your subscription requesting that you resolve the problem to reactivate your subscription. Your subscription will be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY/OUT-OF-STOCK STATUS

What happens if an item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped?

In the unlikely event that a ReStocker Auto-Delivery item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day for the next 15 days. If the item does not become available during that period, we will notify you and attempt to place the order for the next 15 days. If the order is still not in stock we will attempt to send the next shipment on the next scheduled date. A Customer Service representative may contact you during this period to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item.

What happens if an item is no longer available?

If a ReStocker Auto-Delivery item is no longer available, we will notify you and automatically suspend your subscription for that item. No additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed.
