ReStocker Auto Delivery Terms & Conditions

The ReStocker Auto Delivery program will provide you with a discount on your selected items, while automatically setting up a subscription to receive those same products on a schedule you set.   You will receive the current discount offered on the day you create your ReStocker Auto Delivery order and that discount will apply to each future order for that specific subscription.

Eligible Items

You can easily identify products that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto Delivery program. As you shop our website, you will see the following ReStocker graphics:

Product Pages: Items that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto Delivery program will show the ReStocker option in the product buy box, like in the example below.

Category and Search pages: Items that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto Delivery program will show the ReStocker icon below the product price.

You can order items with ReStocker Auto Delivery, as well as one-time purchases, all at the same time for your convenience.

ReStocker Auto Delivery Discount

We offer a discount on every order, even the first order, on items you order with ReStocker Auto Delivery. Other ReStockIt.com coupon, discount and promotion codes will apply to non-ReStocker Auto Delivery items only and will not apply to your ReStocker Auto Delivery items.

The ReStocker Auto Delivery percentage discount for each item is based on the regular price of the item and is posted on the product detail page when you sign up. It is guaranteed to be the minimum percentage discount you will receive for the life of your ReStocker subscription, whether you end your subscription after just a single shipment or keep it ongoing. If ReStockIt.com lowers the ReStocker Auto Delivery discount, this change will not affect active subscriptions that have been set up at a higher discount.

If you have created an order using our Guest Checkout option, you will only be able to manage your subscription via the My ReStocker links in the emails you receive related to your ReStocker order.

Payment Methods

When you checkout on ReStockIt.com and you have a ReStocker Auto Delivery item in your order, you will be required to pay with a credit card. If you have an Account with ReStockIt, you may also use that as a valid payment. We cannot accept Paypal, Checkout by Amazon or Google Wallet on ReStocker Auto Delivery orders.

Your first shipment of each ReStocker Auto Delivery order you place will be processed when you sign up. Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the Reorder Date listed in the My Subscriptions area. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will be placed on the next business day. You can cancel any order up to 1 business day before the order date. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the item less the ReStocker Auto Delivery 5% discount, plus shipping and tax where applicable. In some cases a volume discount may also apply to your ReStocker price. This is on a product by product basis and may change at any time.

The billing and shipping addresses chosen for your initial order will be saved with your ReStocker Auto Delivery order. Any future recurring orders that are processed will be billed to this credit card and shipped to the shipping address on your original order. Credit cards are the only payment method accepted.

Please note that once an order has shipped, it is considered the property of the customer.

Email Reminders

We will send you email reminders to update you of your next shipments and any modifications to the item's price or stock.

Your ReStocker Auto Delivery email reminders will be sent 10 days prior to the processing of your order. You will have a chance to review and make changes as you wish.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, once your package has left the warehouse.

Shipping, Payment and Stock Notification

If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your subscription requesting that you resolve the problem to reactivate your subscription. Your subscription will be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.

In the unlikely event that a ReStocker Auto Delivery item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day for the next 15 days. If the item does not become available during that period, we will notify you and attempt to place the order for the next 15 days. If the order is still not in stock we will attempt to send the next shipment on the next scheduled date. A Customer Service representative may contact you during this period to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item.

If a ReStocker Auto Delivery item is no longer available, we will notify you and automatically suspend your subscription for that item. No additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed.

Canceling Auto Delivery

Your subscription and any related ReStocker Auto Delivery discount(s) will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel all ReStocker orders or individual items at any time.
To cancel your subscription:

  • Update your preferences in My ReStocker by logging in to your account on ReStockIt.com here.
  • Or clicking on any link in your ReStocker Auto Delivery email updates
  • Or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-680-0859.

If you want to cancel an order from the ReStocker Auto Delivery program, you can do so up to 1 day before your shipment is scheduled. Your cancellation will then go into effect and you will no longer be charged for ReStocker Auto Delivery Products. If it is not cancelled within that time frame, the items may be returned in accordance to our return policy.

Agreement Changes & Termination

ReStockIt reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the ReStocker Auto Delivery program at any time without notice. We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice.
