How does ReStocker Auto Delivery work? 

  1. Choose from thousands of items you use every day.
    Select 'Auto Delivery with ReStocker' on the product page.  Save 5% OFF our regular price on every ReStocker Auto Delivery order. 
  2. Set a delivery schedule that's right for you.
    Select the months or weeks when you want to receive future orders
  3. Checkout as you normally do and your first order will be placed today. 
    Your next order will be automatically sent at the frequency you choose.

You can cancel or modify any part of your program at any time. We will send you an email with details and a link to manage your ReStocker program.

You can also contact us toll-free at 1-800-680-0859 to modify or cancel your ReStocker Auto Delivery order. Please allow up to 24 business hours for cancellation of orders or other changes to be made. 


What are the Benefits of ReStocker Auto Delivery?

    Subscription orders are available in both monthly and weekly intervals. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we'll send out the shipments on that schedule automatically. You can change your subscription schedule online at any time.
  • Save 5% with ReStocker Auto Delivery
    All ReStocker Auto Delivery orders come with a 5% discount on the first and every subsequent order.

Can I cancel and/or modify my ReStocker subscription(s)?
There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. Click on the My ReStocker link in any ReStocker Auto Delivery email and update your preferences in the MyReStocker section. Also, if you have a ReStockIt.com account, you can login to ReStockIt.com and go to the My ReStocker link to cancel your order. Please allow up to 24 business hours for cancellation of orders or other changes to be made. 

Will you remind me when my next ReStocker shipment is scheduled to ship?

We will send you an email 10 days prior to your next ReStocker order shipment and another when your order ships. You are always in the know when it comes to your ReStocker orders and you can modify or cancel at any time.

Can I modify my subscription quantity, frequency or shipping schedule?
To access your ReStocker Auto Delivery orders, click on any link in the ReStocker Auto Delivery emails or Login to your account at ReStockIt.com. You can also contact Customer Service at 1-800-680-0859 to make updates. You may modify or cancel any element of your subscription including your frequency, quantity, or shipping schedule. 

How do I know which products are ReStocker eligible?

You can easily identify products that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto Delivery program.  As you shop our website, you will see the following:
Product Pages:  Items that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto Delivery program will show the ReStocker option in the product buy box:

Category and Search pages: Items that are eligible for the ReStocker Auto Delivery program will show the ReStocker icon below the product price.

Can I create a ReStocker subscription and make one-time purchases in the same order?
You can order items with ReStocker Auto Delivery, as well as one-time purchases, all at the same time for your convenience.

Do I get a discount if I set up a ReStocker subscription?

We offer a 5% discount on every order, even the first order, on items you order with ReStocker Auto Delivery. Other ReStockIt.com coupons, discount and promotion codes will apply to non-ReStocker Auto Delivery items only and will not apply to your ReStocker Auto Delivery items.

Can I create a ReStocker subscription using Guest Checkout?
If you have created an order using our Guest Checkout option, you will only be able to manage your subscription via the My ReStocker links in the emails you receive related to your ReStocker order. 

What payment methods are available with ReStocker subscriptions?

When you checkout on ReStockIt.com and you have a ReStocker Auto Delivery item in your order, you will be required to pay.  To modify your billing or shipping details: with a credit card. If you have an Account with ReStockIt, you may also use that as a valid payment.  We cannot accept PayPal, Checkout by Amazon or Google Wallet on ReStocker Auto Delivery orders.

When will I be billed for my auto delivery subscription?
Your first shipment of each ReStocker Auto Delivery order you place will be processed when you sign up. Subsequent orders will be billed to the credit card or deducted from the debit card on the Reorder Date listed in the My Subscriptions area. Orders placed over the weekend or a holiday will be placed on the next business day. You can cancel any order up to 1 business day before the order date. We will charge your credit card for the current price of the item less the ReStocker Auto Delivery 5% discount, plus shipping and tax where applicable. In some cases a volume discount may also apply to your ReStocker price. This is on a product by product basis and may change at any time. 

How do I modify my billing or shipping information?

  • Update your preferences in My ReStocker by logging in to your account on ReStockIt.com here.
  • Or clicking on any link in your ReStocker Auto Delivery email updates
  • Or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-680-0859.

Will you inform me of any issues with shipping, payment and/or stock issues?
If any problems arise with the shipping address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your subscription requesting that you resolve the problem to reactivate your subscription. Your subscription will be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or shipped until the problem has been resolved.

What happens if an item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped?
In the unlikely event that a ReStocker Auto Delivery item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be shipped, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order each day for the next 15 days. If the item does not become available during that period, we will notify you and attempt to place the order for the next 15 days. If the order is still not in stock we will attempt to send the next shipment on the next scheduled date. A Customer Service representative may contact you during this period to determine if there is an appropriate substitute for the item. 

What happens if an item is no longer available?
If a ReStocker Auto Delivery item is no longer available, we will notify you and automatically suspend your subscription for that item. No additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed.  To view our ReStockIt Shipping Policy, click here.

How do I cancel my ReStocker Auto Delivery subscription?

Your subscription and any related ReStocker Auto Delivery discount(s) will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel all ReStocker orders or individual items at any time. 
To cancel your subscription:

  • Update your preferences in My ReStocker by logging in to your account on ReStockIt.com here.
  • Or clicking on any link in your ReStocker Auto Delivery email updates
  • Or by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-680-0859.

If you want to cancel an order from the ReStocker Auto Delivery program, you can do so up to 1 day before your shipment is scheduled.  Your cancellation will then go into effect and you will no longer be charged for ReStocker Auto Delivery Products. If it is not cancelled within that time frame, the items may be returned in accordance to our return policy.

Agreement Changes & Termination
ReStockIt reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the ReStocker Auto Delivery program at any time without notice. We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice.
