When your system availability is important but not necessarily business critical the Bronze level support offering ensures that your storage solution is back in operation usually on the next business day. Owners of Overland Storage products under Bronze level support can access the Technical support team Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm excluding recognized public and company holidays. Once Overland Storage has diagnosed your problem as one that requires hardware support one of the trained field engineers will be dispatched to your site for arrival the next business day. This basic support provides technical response based upon engineer availability and call volumes, in most instances technical access will be obtained same business day. In most cases this means that your storage systems will be back in operating mode within 1 to 2 business days.
