In addition to the printer's original warranty, Konica Minolta warrants the products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one to three years. These extended warranty plans begin at the end of the printer's existing warranty.With an extended on-site warranty, Konica Minolta will either repair or replace products, at your facility, that prove to be defective (provided said defects are covered by the warranty). Response times are next business day, Monday-Friday, 8: 00 am-5: 00 pm local time.
