In addition to the printer's original warranty, Konica Minolta warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for an additional one or two years. These extended warranty plans begin at the end of the printer's existing warranty.With an Extended Exchange Warranty, Konica Minolta will send a permanent replacement unit if your product is determined to be defective. Replacement parts and products (where applicable) will be shipped as quickly as possible, but in no event later than three business days from acceptance of the warranty claim. This plan also covers all shipping charges.
