With a Lenovo Warranty Services, you can upgrade the service included with your hardware's original warranty. They're here when you need us, 24 hours a day, every day. In each case, coverage for parts and labor is included. Service is only available for non-refurbished machines released and purchased in the United States. Choose the one that best fits your needs: Mail In Service entails customer boxing and shipping system to the Lenovo repair center at customer's expense. Repair time varies based on parts availability but is typically 5-10 days to return system to customer. A Lenovo certified technician will be dispatched to your place of business/residence in such cases where the problem cannot be solved over the phone. Availability may be limited in some areas. Other conditions apply. Consult terms and conditions for your system to learn of available service and covered components.
