HP will provide all labor and travel for hardware support on a per-incident basis as described by the customer. All printing components will be installed, including accessories and consumables. A basic overview of how to install consumables and how to print a test page and clear paper jams will be delivered at the time of installation; all packing material will be removed. HP will install the printer driver for connection to a network print server. HP will configure the printer in either the Windows NT or Novell networking environment using the TCP/IP protocol. Customer is required to have the person or people responsible for managing the network environment available during installation. HP will power on the printer and perform a test print to verify functionality. HP will install the printer driver on one networked print server and verify communication by printing a test page.
