This quick, overnight replacement program bridges the gap between the turn-around time of depot repair and the higher cost of on-site service. It's easy. Simply place a call to the 800 number provided in your confirmation packet. Epson will express ship you a replacement unit for next-day installation. Then you ship the failed unit back using Epson-supplied packaging and shipping labels. Shipping costs both ways are always on Epson.
