SMARTnet Onsite support provides customers with software updates and upgrades, registered access to Cisco Connection Online (CCO), advance replacement of hardware, technical support, replacement parts and onsite field engineering services for one year.Cisco Systems developed SMARTnet Onsite to provide the extensive coverage of SMARTnet services with the added assurance of a Cisco-trained technician providing onsite hardware services. The SMARTnet Onsite support product is based on Cisco's philosophy of moving beyond traditional business barriers to make all of Cisco's information, services, and support available to its customers on demand, deliver fast response and high customer satisfaction, improve user productivity, and significantly lower the cost of doing business.
