Heavy-duty rotary trimmer is designed for the most demanding trimming projects and made with a high percentage of recycled ABS plastic. Patented, locking rail mechanism and luminous paper holder are made of light harvesting acrylic. Use rotary trimmer to trim up to 36 sheets of standard copy paper. Trimmer also cuts cardstock, artist black-core matboard, 1/8" foam board and plastic sheets. Handy storage compartment holds extra blades and cutting mats. 12" trimmer also includes handy built-in paper guide, carrying handle, spare cutting mat, and straight and perforating blades.

After looking at other trimmers, I bought this based on the great reviews and second, because I had a 12" Bidex Rotary Trimmer which works great, but I needed a second and larger capacity trimmer. I cut lots of cardstock with it and so far I'm very pleased, although the sheet capacity is obviously not as high as plain paper (up to 6 sheets works pretty well-less than I expected but much better than smaller one). I like that it comes with an extra cutting blade, and it's not as big to move around as I expected--still portable and very sturdy. I really like that it has a transparent piece where the blade cuts as I wanted that feature to see paper underneath but don't remember seeing it advertised. Very happy customer!
