APC's Start-Up Service provides customers with an APC Authorized Personnel to ensure proper start-up of their APC equipment. APC energizes and checks the functionality of the system in all modes to ensure compliance with stated technical specifications. A short hardware operational training is performed at the end of every start-up. When the APC hardware is being hardwired into your electrical infrastructure, the hardware must then be electrically installed prior to the start-up.This service covers UPS and up to 3 NetShelters. It features 7x24 off-hours service scheduling, AC wiring inspection, comprehensive functional verification, installation of modules, operator training, start-up by APC trained technician, start-up report, system cleaning, verification of installation wiring, waveform and phasing verification.
