Shipping on orders that are under $169 is $7.95 plus $0.59 per pound. Shipping on orders that are over $169 but are also over 65 lbs. is $7.95 plus $0.59 per pound.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $169 that are also 65 lbs. or less. Orders must ship within the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for Free Shipping. This Free Shipping offer is applicable to a subtotal of $169 after any discounts are applied. Orders over $169 that are also over 65 lbs. are subject to the above standard shipping rates.

HANDLING/PROCESSING FEE
At ReStockIt.com, we do not charge a standard handling or processing fee. For items that are bulky or above a certain weight, a handling fee does apply. Please note that less than 10% of our products incur a handling fee. The corresponding handling fee for qualifying products will be clearly listed on individual product pages. All shipping costs are clearly indicated prior to finalizing your transaction.

HAZARDOUS ITEMS
UPS classifies some items as Hazardous. These items are subject to an additional handling fee.

FREIGHT LINE SHIPPING
Orders or items that cannot ship via UPS Ground due to their weight and/or size ship via a Freight Line Service. (Examples of such items are: Arrow Sheds and Duramax Sheds). Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Please note that delivery on Arrow Sheds may take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

Orders shipped via freight line to a residential address are strictly delivered curbside. The Freight company will typically assess additional fees for any delivery beyond normal curbside delivery. Our fees do not include any delivery service beyond curbside - customers are responsible for any extra charges incurred for any extra services. In addition, customers are responsible for additional charges incurred due to missed delivery appointments or re-deliveries.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER
Processing your order is our #1 priority. All orders EXCEPT for Sheds and other large, bulky items, are shipped via UPS Ground 1 - 2 business days after they are placed on ReStockIt.com. Shipping then takes between 1-5 business days. We ship your order based on our closest warehouse to your location that has inventory of the items you ordered. Please note that we are not set-up for in-warehouse pick-ups.

Sheds and other items or orders that do not ship via UPS generally ship via a Freight Line Service. Please see the Freight Line Shipping above for shipping and transit times.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
All orders ship from the closest of 57 nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order at different times if you ordered more than 1 item. Please note that we are not set-up for in-warehouse pick-ups: All orders must ship out via UPS.

RETURNS
Please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Code and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return items to our warehouse.
