Big Green Giveaway Official Terms and Conditions

“BIG GREEN Giveaway” – October 2009 Official Rules

1. Eligibility -The Big Green Giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to all permanent legal residents of the United States living in the contiguous 48 United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands). The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, spouses, children, grandparents and their respective spouses) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of each such employee, officer and director, are not eligible to enter.

2. Agreement To Official Rules - By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrators, which are final and legally binding as they pertain to this promotion.

3. Timing - Promotion starts on Thursday October 1, 2009 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on Saturday October 31, 2009 at 11:59PM EST (the “Monthly Drawing”).

4. How To Enter - You will be automatically entered into the drawing each day when a purchase is made on www.restockit.com to win the daily green giveaways. The more purchases you make, the more chances you gain to win the Big Green Giveaway at the end of the month. See specifics below.

Alternatively, you have the following no purchase options to enter:

1. Submit Name and Email address on the Big Green Giveaway Page.
2. Go to the Homepage and submit your email address.
3. Create an Account on ReStockIt.com

Entries will be placed into the drawing period based on the date of entry receipt. LIMIT: Only one registration email per person is necessary for the duration of this promotion. Multiple registration emails by the same person will result in disqualification for any prize rewards. All non-winning daily entries received WILL be retained for the end of the month for the drawing for the BIG GREEN GIVEAWAY.

Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

5. Drawings & Winner Selection - There will be 1 daily green bundle giveaway for 31 days. Daily drawings will be conducted the day after each entry period ends, with the exception of weekends. The drawings for Friday, Saturday and Sunday will all take place on the following Monday. The winner will be notified via email and failure to reply within 5 days results in immediate disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

The Sweepstakes drawing will be under the control of ReStockIt Administrators whose decisions shall be final and legally binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes. ReStockIt.com will use Random.org as a means of randomly drawing names for both the daily and monthly prizes.

Grand Prize winner will be notified within 5 days of the drawing via email. Failure to reply to this prize winning notification within 5 days of notification to claim prize, will disqualify the entry and an alternative winner will be selected from all eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.  All Big Green Giveawy winners will receive their prize via mail within 15-20 days of the final drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Incomplete, illegible or entries made by automated programs will be automatically disqualified. ReStockIt administrators will determine in it sole discretion what constitutes as a valid entry.  In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address or credit card holder used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.

7. Publicity – Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s (and is designees’, successors’ and assigns’) use of winner’s name, biography, likeness, voice, photographs, video, opinions, statements, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any manner or media (including, without limitation, online) worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further payment, consideration, notice, review or consent.
