Convenient pre-measured tablet sanitizer and disinfectant for use in food and beverage service. E.P.A. Registered and contains F.D.A. approved active ingredients for sanitizing food contact surfaces without a potable water after rinse. B-T-F CHLOR-TAB does not leave residues on the surface that could affect the carbonation/foam in beverages such as beer wine or soda. B-T-F sanitizers are part of the draught beer training and marketing programs at every major U.S. brewery. Use one tablet per 2.5 gallons of water to obtain 100 p.p.m. available chlorine sanitizing solution. A standard bar sink holds 2.5 gallons. This container of 100 tablets makes 250 gallons of sanitizing solution.
