Formulated to remove imbedded residue and reduce cleaning time, D-A-C quickly penetrates with the cleaning power of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide to take on heavily soiled, case-hardened and problematic beer lines. D-A-C is a liquid product that does not cake or harden and it mixes instantly. This nitrate free formulation is also low in phosphates and 100% biodegradable. D-A-C works with all electrical, mechanical and hand driven cleaning units. At 1 ounce per gallon of water (brewery approved for regular cleaning), a 33 oz. container makes 33 gallons of powerful, quality cleaner.
